What can cause acne to recur after Axotret treatment?

Hello. For a period of 8 months I took axotret for this contraceptive pill atywia. I finished the whole therapy in June 2022. After 3 months, it started with hair loss, and now the acne problem has returned. Could this be a reason for stopping contraception? I wouldn't want to go back to izotek again because I'm a young person and I'm planning to get pregnant

It is possible to recur acne after a course of Axotret, especially if adequate prophylaxis has not been introduced after treatment. Talk to your dermatologist and decide what to do if you want to do it before you use Axotret again.
