Is it possible to perform calprotectin levels in faeces with Xifaxan and desputil read?

Witam.I take from Friday xifaxan on ibs and desputil read can I take these drugs at this time to do a fecal test for caloprotectin? My gastroenterologist said that I can, but I'm not sure of it, please advise, thank you.
