Good morning. I have a question about the reliability of a blood pregnancy test. The test was performed on the 12th day after intercourse (not fertilization). The result came out less than 2.3. Is this result reliable? Wasn't it done too early? Thank you for your reply.

The laboratory test for the concentration of beta HCG in the blood is already reliable after 12 days after intercourse. A result of 2.3 mlU/ml indicates the absence of pregnancy. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/edukacja-ciazowa-o-co-pacjenci-anonimowo-pytaja-farmaceutow
