Is Pylera safe and effective against Helicobacter pylori?

Good morning. I have helicobacterik pylori and have been prescribed the antibiotic Pylera + probiotic Emanera. Is there another equivalent of this drug that does not have so many side effects? Honestly, I'm afraid that I will cure one but I will destroy my liver... Is anyone already after treatment with this antibiotic? Worth?

My husband has a completely unbalanced clinical picture after taking this antibiotic. Very high ESR, high creatine, anemia, unbalanced urine tests. Six months ago before discovering that he had helicobacterik he had blood tests, perfect. Could all this have been caused by the contraindications of this drug that he took a month ago? I am very worried Thank you

Absolutely NEGATIVE
after a day and a half from intake Vomiting, headaches, dizziness and confusion, it was a nightmare for me, a day in bed that had never happened in my life...... and I emphasize after a day and a half of therapy

I finished Pyler's treatment, only black stools. Everything went well. I entered forums unnecessarily. Of course, a strict diet and following the recommendations is OK

I completed the treatment with Pylera + omeprazole after diagnosis of Helicobacter infection, fortunately I did not have any side effects. I'm waiting to retake the test and I'm crossing my fingers!

Pylera worked great for me despite all the bad side effects during the treatment. 2 months after the end of the therapy, the test was negative, thank God. Please persevere! It's worth it. In many ways, I'm much better off today.

I got omeprazole and pylerqa after a diagnosis with Helicobacter.
I've been through hell. I had all the side effects that are in the package insert. In the last seven days I have thought 50 times about whether I should stop. Today is the eighth day and I still feel sick. I have abdominal cramps, abdominal pain and kidney pain without end, the first three days I had dizziness, abdominal pain, severe headaches. I have been weak and tired since the first day of taking it and can hardly get up. I hope that it stops after the last intake.

Hello to the group - I would like to report something positive... with the diagnosis of heliactobacteria, my doctor prescribed me Pylera plus stomach acid blocker after a gastroscopy. Because I didn't want to believe the amount of 12 capsules a day, I read up on the drug in various forums and literally got scared of taking it. Everything that was described sounded really crass and I really feel sorry for the people who had to go through side effects described there. Thank God it was completely different for me - there is actually nothing negative to report that has appeared during the 10 days. Of course, you have to discipline yourself with the intake and the times - always eat a little beforehand - a banana is also enough. Also drink plenty of fluids - especially after ingestion. I wish everyone who has to take Pylera the same course. Now the follow-up examination only has to be right in about 4 weeks that the drug has also eliminated the stupid bacterium - keep your fingers crossed for me. PS: there was a small disadvantage for you - I smell really good again. That hasn't been the case since a Corina infection - whether that's good or bad, I don't really know yet... but it is important that the days of taking it are over for the time being. I hope I was able to take away some of the fear of taking this medicine... LG

I finished the treatment yesterday. All in all it went well except that towards the middle of the therapy I had a bit of dizziness in the morning but solved by halving the pressure pad I was taking at the same time.
For the rest, no stomach and/or intestinal problems. Just tiredness. I advise you to try at the limit suspend it and take the less invasive one. We hope we have eradicated it!!

Hands off.... this drug is not to help people.... It's dangerous....

A very strong and probably effective drug. I lasted 5 days. I'm being treated for hypertension and I got arrhythmias. During the treatment, I felt terrible. I advise against blood pressure athletes.

Not safe!! Far from this.... The one who prescribes it has no conscience... This is how health is damaged.

Hello. Unfortunately, on the 5th day, after consulting a doctor, I stopped using Pylera. Very strong side effects made me make this decision. Nausea, vomiting, anorexia, stomach pain and malaise. Now I'm waiting for my body to remove the drug from my body. And my torment will end. The drug certainly works according to recommendations and opinions, but it is not for every body. Kisses

For many years I suffered from stomach pains, inability to digest food, heartburn, acid came out voluntarily - especially at night, for several days I could not go down on the big and much more.
After 10 days of taking Pylera, I saw stunning results. I advise everyone if there is such a possibility.

I have already finished the treatment with the antibiotic Pyler, I had no side effects, only a headache in one day during the 🙂 whole treatment

The Pylera product has no substitutes. Even if there were equivalents available, it is likely that the list of their side effects would be similar, since from a pharmaceutical point of view they do not differ in the composition of active substances. There are several different treatment regimens for Helicobacter pylori infections, but the first choice is treatment with Pylera in combination with a drug that inhibits the secretion of stomach acid (Emanera). Unfortunately, Pylera relatively often gives side effects from the gastrointestinal tract, but they disappear gradually after the end of treatment. According to European guidelines, the drug is more than 90% effective in combating Helicobacter pylori.
