Gastrointestinal disorders are side effects that have been reported frequently while taking Prestilol and with an unknown frequency while taking Nootrpil. It is possible that abdominal pain is caused by the use of medications. I have not found any information that would report pain in the extremities while taking these medications. Elevations in liver enzyme function have rarely been reported in subjects taking Prestil. Nootropil is excreted mainly by the kidneys and is not expected to cause liver problems. Certainly, long-lasting leg pain and abnormalities from the test results should be reported to the doctor so that he can assess the cause of the described symptoms. I encourage you to report side effects, I enclose information on this subject: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane I also leave information about the possibility of using teleconsultation, if the need arises: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
