Is stomach pain after eating a bar during the fodmap diet a cause for concern?
I am after a treatment with xifaxan with Neomycin. For three days the fodmap diet has been entered. Unfortunately, today on the route I ate in a moment of forgetfulness I ate a bar and the whole day I have a stomach pain, as before antibiotic therapy. Will it pass or should I worry?

Ailments from the digestive system are probably caused by eating a product that is rarely found in the diet and has recently been eliminated. As a rule, they should subside with the maintenance of a proper diet.
