Should I have a follow-up visit after treatment with Gynalgin?
Good morning, I recently had a visit to the gynecologist, on a Pap smear I got a bacterial infection and I got the drug gynalgin. I have to take it 10 days. My question is, after treatment with this drug, should I go back for a follow-up visit? Apart from this infection, everything was normal. Best regards

It depends on what guidance you got from the doctor. In general, the gynecologist explains both what the treatment will look like and when you should report again. A bad result of cytological examination is usually an indication to remain under the care of a doctor, but the schedule of visits is already set by the doctor depending on the patient's state of health.
