Can I use Calperos 500 3x2 caps.?

I am on a dairy-free diet due to my 10-month-old son's milk protein allergy. How should I use Calperos 500 to be well absorbed? 3 times 2 tablets? Won't it be too much?

The usual recommended dose of Calperos 500 is 1 to 2 hard capsules 2 to 3 times a day. The dosage of 3x2 capsules is not too large, it is within the recommended norms. To ensure optimal absorption of Calperos, it should be taken with a meal.
