Please let me know if there is a significant difference between Duac (10 Mg + 30 Mg) / g gel and Duac (10 Mg + 50 Mg ) / g gel. Since there is a problem with the availability of 10+30mg gel, can I use this 10+50mg?

Preparations differ in the concentration of benzoyl peroxide. It acts, like clindamycin - bactericidal on microorganisms that cause acne, and also reduces excessive production of sebum, fights closed and open blackheads and has a delicate keratolytic effect. The addition of benzoyl peroxide makes it difficult for bacteria to develop resistance to clindamycin. As for the difference - a preparation with a higher concentration of benzoyl peroxide will act a little stronger. Please remember, however, that having a prescription for a weaker version, the pharmacist in the pharmacy can not dispense a stronger version of the preparation.
