Hello, I take combined tablets every day at 18 or if I consumed alcohol from 17:00 and in the meantime I took a tablet that I am protected? I tried to drink water and wait 20 minutes and then I continued to drink wine. With alcohol, does the effectiveness decrease? There was no vomiting, only a single diarrhea only around 9 am the next day.

The duration of alcohol consumption is irrelevant here, as it does not interact with birth control pills.

Only in the attached answer you consumed alcohol 2 hours before taking the tablet and I took the tablet while drinking alcohol, waited 20 minutes and dale wine ;)
