For @Alicja: Your doctor may recommend a different appropriate dosage for you than described in the manufacturer's leaflet. If you do not recommend it than that described in the leaflet, you should follow the guidance provided.
I also have a similar problem with the use of these drops and I do not understand why the doctor prescribes a different maximum dose than given by the manufacturer. For some reason, this maximum dose is administered. I talked to the doctor, but the answer was "because I do". Maybe some other doctor or pharmacist will explain this?
