Can the homeopathic remedy L52 be used concomitantly with other medicines?

Good morning, I have a cold child 8 years old I give him homeopathic remedies paragripp 3x1 tablet, mercurius 3x1 (stuffy nose and phtytotuks syrup 3x 10ml. Can I add l52. Please answer as quickly as possible. I don't want to give him antibiotics because he gets them all the time. I did the test, there is no flu or coronavirus. Best regards

There are no known interactions of L52 with other medicines. There are no contraindications to its use. The recommended route of administration of the drug to a child of 8 years is as follows: 10 drops 4 times a day, after improvement 2 times a day for 10 drops. The drug is administered after dissolution in a small amount of boiled, cool water, 1/2 hour before or 1 hour after meals. Before swallowing, the drug should be held for a while under the tongue. If within 1-2 days you do not observe an improvement or the child's health deteriorates, it is necessary to visit a pediatrician.
