To the best of my knowledge, there are no significant interactions between metformin and the ingredients of the Auditon dietary supplement (ginkgo biloba, magnesium, B vitamins, melatonin). Glucophage XR 750 mg can be used with an evening meal, and Auditon before bedtime.
