No, this is not advisable. Ceclor and Duracef are not direct replacements. Ceclor is a broad-spectrum beta-lactam antibiotic. The preparation contains the substance cefaclor. Duracef is also an antibiotic from the group of beta-lactams, containing the substance cefadroxil. I encourage you to make an appointment with a pediatrician who will issue a prescription for the continuation of antibiotic treatment.
