Could it be smallpox?

Hello, my son yesterday started a fever I went with him yesterday to the doctor he got impuret in drops 5x10 drops and Tantum Verde, today he had a fever again I gave him two ibufen advice, but I noticed that he has two such blisters on his body, one on his neck and the other on his back, could it be smallpox? Please reply

If the child's condition worsens and new skin lesions appear (after 2-3 days from flu-like symptoms) - it is worth consulting a doctor again. The change in chickenpox may be in the form of a spot, papule, vesicle and finally dry pustules.
