Good morning, I am taking birth control pills, and for two days I have been experiencing and I have a strong intestinal disease. Yesterday I took anti-diarrheal pills - Laremid (2x two tablets at least 2 hours apart) and about an hour after taking the last portion of the contraceptive pill about 11 pm. I developed diarrhea around 8-9 o'clock in the morning. Today I took the pill at 8 pm, but in less than 4 hours I experienced diarrhoea despite taking medication. This is the last active tablet from the blister. What should I do?

To @????: The tablets should be taken according to the scheme, regardless of bleeding.
My final question has not been answered. Today I had bleeding at night after taking the second placebo tablet, and it always occurs on the fourth tablet. Should I do something or take another two placebo tablets and start a new pack?

The answer to a similar question can be found here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/51499/duspatalin-czy-laremid-i-spastyna-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
I also read that laremide prolongs the residence time of tablets in the gastrointestinal tract. Has the pill been absorbed? (day 1)
