LAST WEEK I HAD SINUSITIS, AFTER A FEW NDIES MY EAR WAS COMPLETELY PLUGGED AFTER A VISIT TO THE ENT I GOT DROPS WITH ANTPIOYK IN MY EAR. THE EAR SLOWLY COMES BACK TO ITSELF. ON THE FLOOD OF SINUSES I GOT A STEROID FOR THE NOSE STILL IN THE SINUSES SOMETHING IS SITTING IN MY SINUSES. CAN I STILL USE A STEROID WITH OTITIS? WON'T THIS CAUSE THE EAR TO CLOG AGAIN?

The nasal steroid should be used according to the doctor's recommendation - usually a longer treatment, lasting several weeks - regardless of otitis (unless the doctor has told otherwise). The use of the steroid will not cause ear clogging. The steroid is designed to reduce inflammation in the sinuses, and thus - reduce the risk of spreading the infection, e.g. to the ears.
