I do not find information that the drug Spasmoline causes constipation. However, not all side effects of drugs are known and described - if you associate taking the drug with the appearance of constipation, I encourage you to report it to your doctor. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future.
