Can I give my child Nurofen suspension if I have given him Immunosine Junior?

After giving the child Immunosine Junior after about an hour, can I give the child Nurofen forte to relieve the child's sore throat? Does Immunosine Junior already contain any analgesic ingredient that I can not combine with Nurofen forte?
