No, you can't. Noliprel Bi-Forte contains 10 mg of perindopril with arginine, equivalent to 6.79 mg of perindopril and 2.5 mg of indapamide. Lisiprol contains the active substance lisinopril. Lisinopril is a biosimilar medicine and not bioequivalent to perindopril. You cannot modify such a modification in therapy without consulting the attending physician who is familiar with your health condition in detail.
