Zofenil can be used in patients who are being treated for depression. However, it should be noted that the combination of Zofenil with antidepressants increases the risk of orthostatic hypotension. Orthostatic hypotension is an excessive decrease in blood pressure when you stand up. If such symptoms appear, you should consult a doctor to change the dosage of medications.
