More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/import-docelowy-jak-sprowadzic-lek-z-zagranicy Alternatively, you can use 2 different drugs, because the one mentioned above consists of 2 substances combined in one tablet: Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. But this would have to be consulted with the attending physician.
