Does a negative urine pregnancy test mean that the Ovitrelle injection was given incorrectly?

Hello. 5 days ago I had an injection of ovitrelle. Today I did a test to see if it still persists. Negative result... Does this mean that the injection was wrongly administered that the hormone does not persist after 5 days?

According to the manufacturer: After administration, Ovitrelle may interfere with the determination of hCG by immunological methods in serum and urine within 10 days, giving a false positive pregnancy test. Usually, this level is not high enough for a urine pregnancy test to give a positive result. Therefore, the test will not be an indicator of whether the injection has been administered correctly.
