I got zineryte for the day and aknemicin plus liquid for the evening. Can I apply any soothing/moisturizing/oiling cream under these medicines?

These preparations should be used on clean, dry skin. You can use the moisturizing / oiling cream during the day when the preparations are not applied to the skin. Moisturizing the skin during the day will help rebuild the hydrolipid barrier.
