Hi, I take Revolade and I have problems with the intestines with the drug can not live bacterial cultures and whether you can inulin? Inulin is a prebiotic and I wonder.

Yes, you can. Inulin is a prebiotic that only supports the multiplication of bacteria. It itself does not contain bacterial cultures. I do not find information in the medical literature about the interaction of Revolade with probiotics. Thus, it is permissible to use probiotics. However, I found information about the interaction of the drug with food containing a large amount of calcium (>50mg), e.g. with dairy products. This significantly reduces the bioavailability of the drug. In case of doubt, I encourage you to consult your doctor again.
