Can Mysimba and Brintellix be used at the same time?

Good morning, can I take Mysimba together with Brintellix? The doctor who prescribed Mysimba did not ask about the medicines you were taking, and the leaflet says about similar substances and collisions in their simultaneous use. Please help... Warm greetings! MS

The combination of Mysimba and Brintellix should be carried out under close medical supervision. The simultaneous use of both drugs is not strictly contraindicated, however, combination therapy should be carried out with caution. If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is indicated to determine whether these medicines can be used concomitantly and, if so, whether it is necessary to change the dosage recommendations. The combination of medications may increase the incidence of side effects including nausea, vomiting, insomnia and dizziness. If the same doctor has prescribed the use of both drugs at the same time, in his benefit of therapy outweighs the possible risks. Please follow your doctor's instructions. However, please closely observe the reaction of the body, if you notice any disturbing symptoms (eg fever, high blood pressure, arrhythmias, convulsions, anxiety, hallucinations) you should immediately contact your doctor.
