You should ask the doctor who ordered the test to interpret the results. In pharmacies, there are self-tests available at home that assess the pH of the vaginal environment and the risk of infection. Of course, this is an auxiliary test, pH is a parameter that evaluates the acidic and alkaline environment, the test does not detect microbes.
