Can Sympramol be combined with Valsacor, Biosotal and Acard?

Good morning. I got the drug sypramol 50 in addition to them I take valsacor 160 mg for high pressure 2 times a day, biosotal 40mg in the morning the whole tablet in the afternoon half and evening whole, acard in the morning, these tabketki I have from the cardiologist, yesterday I was at the neurologist because the headaches intensified the neurologist said that it is tension headaches prescribed sypramol 50 2 times a day, can I combine these drugs all?

Sympramol, Valsacor and Biosotal are prescription drugs that can be combined if the prescribers have been informed of all the drugs used. According to currently available knowledge, there are no significant interactions between these drugs.
