What's more, there is no evidence that inosine shortens the duration of infection or relieving symptoms. Neosine or Groprinosin is not in any recommendations when it comes to treating viral infections. In colds, we only use medicines that eliminate symptoms such as runny nose, cough, fever or sore throat. In addition, it is necessary to rest and hydrate the body.
