I have been taking Dostinex for 2 months, today is the 47th day of the cycle and I still do not have a period (negative tests) - can the tablets affect the absence of menstruation?

I have been taking dostinex for 2 months, at the beginning half a tablet and now once a week. My periods have always been regular and I was diagnosed with elevated prolactin about 50. Unfortunately, today is the 47th day of the cycle and I still do not have a period, negative tests. Can pills affect these periods? I'm starting to worry and I don't have a doctor's appointment until February?

The summary of product characteristics of Dostinex does not indicate amenorrhea as a possible adverse reaction of this medicine. In such a situation, it is advisable to consult a gynecologist (definitely earlier than in February). On our website it is possible to use teleadvice if you can not report to your doctor in the near future. Link below: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem
