Can the use of Femannose N cause a decrease in platelet levels?

Can taking Femannose N for a long time (about 3 months) cause low platelet levels? I give my mother this preparation on the doctor's order to stop the bacterial infection of the urinary tract. It is so effective that you do not need to reach for an antibiotic, and CRP is normal, although it used to be elevated. Unfortunately, recently in the test results the level of platelets has decreased significantly. Could this have to do with Femannoze N?

In the available literature, I do not find information that mannose causes a decrease in platelet levels. Please consult your doctor, you may need to expand the diagnosis to find the cause of the problem. Here you can compare prices for Femannose N in online pharmacies and order the preparation with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/104436/femannose-n-proszek-do-wytworzenia-plynu/apteki
