Is it possible to swap Sympramol for Atarax overnight?

The doctor prescribed me sympramol 50mg but only for 8 weeks and then change me to atarax 25 mg or so you can take one medication and then immediately the next

Sympramol should not be discontinued suddenly (overnight). This should be done gradually by gradually reducing the dose. Abrupt discontinuation of the drug often causes negative symptoms such as anxiety, sweating, nausea, vomiting and sleep disorders. I understand that at the moment you are taking Sympramol and the doctor has just mentioned the possible replacement of the drug with Atarax, so he will certainly explain how to do it correctly.
