Can I put on Adaring before my period?

Hello, I have a question about the pucks. I took a break for a month to see if the headaches were from this, but no. I'd like to put the puck back on, but I should have got my period yesterday and I still don't have it and my question is. Is it possible to apply it, not only on the first day of the period? It is not recommended to start using Adaring again before menstruation. After using and discontinuing hormonal contraception, natural menstruation usually returns within 6 weeks. In some cases, menstrual disorders may occur and natural menstruation may occur even after a few months.
