hello I mixed the drug Nystatin in warm water, and the leaflet wrote to mix in cooled, I did not know specifically in which ° C. the water was not hot but so warm. Did this affect the effect of the drug? I use it for the third day but I do not see the effect

You did the right thing. Hot water could inactivate the drug. Therapeutic effect should occur 24-72 hours after administration. If something worries you, I encourage you to consult your doctor.
