Can probiotics be used when using antifungal drugs?

The doctor recommended me gynalgin to use 2x a day and after a few days I have to start gyno femidazol also 2x a day. After this first drug, redness and burning appeared, especially strong when it flows out. Is this a reason to stop it or are it "normal" side effects? I also take flukofast. Does it make sense in this situation to start a treatment with an oral probiotic? Should I wait until the end of treatment and take a vaginal probiotic?

Adverse reactions such as irritation at the injection site have been reported in patients treated with Gyno-Femidazole. Irritation and burning of moderate severity are not an indication to stop using the drug. In case of worsening of discomfort, itching or rash, indicating an allergic reaction, the drug should be discontinued. Both Gyno-Femidazole and Flucofast are classified as antifungal drugs. There are no contraindications to the use of probiotics (oral and vaginal) at the time of their use. You do not have to wait to start replenishing the bacterial flora with probiotics until the end of antifungal treatment.
