Hello, I give a 3-year-old xyzal and heel lymphomyosot. Recently I probably went through the flu and I see that I also catch something. Can I administer neosine ? She gave two doses but I read that you should not take immunosuppressive drugs.

In addition to the treatment of herpes of the lips and facial skin, Neosine is indicated as adjunctive therapy in immunocompromised individuals for recurrent upper respiratory tract infections. The wording of the question does not indicate that the child is immunocompromised or that he has recurrent upper respiratory tract infections - so there is no indication for the use of this medicine. From the point of view of pharmacovigilance, there are no contraindications for the simultaneous administration of Neosine, Xyzal and Heel Lymphomyosot medicinal products. Xyzal and Heel Lymphomyosot do not have an immunosuppressive effect.
