The dosage of Clostilbegyt is determined individually with your doctor. From the note attached by you, I conclude that the doctor recommended taking one tablet of the drug from the 2nd to the 6th day of the cycle. The tablet is taken orally at any time (all tablets are taken at a similar time), before a meal. The first day of the cycle is considered to be the first day of menstruation.
