Do Anapran and Methocarbamol affect the effectiveness of birth control pills?

Hello, I am taking 2-fold contraception. Recently, due to problems in the spine, I take Anapran and Methocarbamol. All drugs are metabolized in the liver... My question is whether such an amount of drugs does not cause the liver, for example, to ignore the absorption of pills? Medication for the spine I have to take a week of time. This is apparently the case with antidepressants. I wonder if my contraception is effective at this point?

Taking the drugs Anapran and Methocarbamol does not affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception. All these drugs have different mechanisms of action, e.g. of these 3 drugs, only two-component tablets rely on a significant first-pass effect in the liver. Since the other two drugs are not affected by this mechanism, there is no way that they affect the effect of the contraceptive drug. Protection is preserved.
