If the therapy was ordered by the same doctor, then please stick to the recommendations received. Atecortin is a complex drug, in its composition, in addition to two antibiotics, there is also a steroid substance - hydrocortisone. It is intended for use in the eyes or ears. In this case, there are no contraindications to use both drugs at the same time. However, if both preparations are to be used intranasally and have not been ordered by the same doctor, I recommend a consultation to determine further therapeutic treatment.
