Can I take Afobam once if I use Nebilet, Ryaltris, Arthron Complex and Telfast?

For the first time, he will apply the drug afobam 0.5mg for 1 hour before the examination with the resonance of the head with contrast. On a daily basis, he uses the following drugs: telfast 180, nebilet 5mg, ryaltris, arthron complex. My question is whether the above-mentioned drugs do not react with Afobam.

Telfast, Ryaltris and Arthron Complex do not interact significantly with Afobam. Simultaneous intake of Nebilet with Afobam can cause excessive pressure lowering. These preparations can be combined if the doctor prescribing Afobam knew about all the drugs and dietary supplements used.
