Good morning, instead of Dipperam 5 mg + 160mg + 12.5 mg, can I take two tablets of Dipperam 5 mg + 80 mg. Please let me know, because I have a supply of these smaller tablets. Best regards

Unfortunately not. These are not equivalent drugs. Their composition is different. Dipperam HCT contains: 5 mg amlodipine, 160 mg valsartan and 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide. It is therefore a drug composed of three different active substances. Dipperam contains: 5 mg of amlodipine and 80 mg of valsartan. In this case, there are only two active substances. If you want to use Dipperam, which you have in stock, you need to talk to your doctor and ask for a separate prescription for Hydrochlorothiazide.
