If you have bleeding, contact your doctor to adjust your dose. The daily dose of Pradaxa should be determined based on an individual assessment of the risk of bleeding. Perhaps the dose you have been recommended is too high. Bleeding of different localisations may occur while taking Pradaxa and this is a known side effect of the medicine. If you cannot contact your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation via our portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-kardiologiem Exceptionally, you can modify the treatment for a few days and take 1 tablet a day instead of 2. In case of life-threatening or uncontrollable bleeding, discontinue the drug and urgently consult a doctor.
