There is not enough information to conclude about the safety of alcohol while taking Ismigen. You should either consult a doctor before taking alcohol, or consume traces of it within a long time interval from taking the drug. In my opinion, it would be good to refrain from drinking alcohol while taking Ismigen, but the final decision is yours.
