What to do in case of erroneously dispensed medicine?

Good morning, What to do in the situation of a badly dispensed in the pharmacy drug? The patient is being treated with Glucophage 500, she was supposed to have an increased dose to 750 (this was on the prescription), and the pharmacist mistakenly issued a dose of 1000. The patient was affected by side effects and after 3 days she checked the packaging and noticed an error. Where to report such a situation and what can be enforced?

If the drug was dispensed incorrectly, you should go to the pharmacy where the prescription was processed. The pharmacist will verify the correctness of the prescription. If the prescription was filled incorrectly, you are entitled to reimbursement of the cost of the incorrectly dispensed medicine. Of course, the correct drug will also be issued.
