Posela is an oral drug in the form of tablets with ivermectin. The preparation is indicated for the treatment of parasitic diseases such as cutaneous scabies, intestinal strongyloidosis (nematode) and microfilaremia in patients with lymphatic filariasis caused by Wuchereria bancrofti. The drug should be used in accordance with current WHO guidelines. Posela is a prescription-only medicine. Ivermectin is dosed, according to the leaflet, 0.2mg per kg so the tablet is 3mg per 15kg of weight. The same dose recommended for scabies or internal parasites. For scabies treatment cycles approximately every 2 weeks, until the removal of symptoms. This is the answer for Noel from 7 months ago
