If I only feel discomfort in my throat, can I use Gripex Max?

Good morning, since yesterday evening (approx. 17-18) I feel a slight scratching / discomfort behind the soft palate / tongue, but otherwise I do not have a runny nose, my throat does not hurt, my head does not hurt. I started taking orofar max. Can I additionally attach e.g. gripex max?

If you do not currently have any symptoms other than the discomfort described, it does not make sense to take Gripex Max. Gripex Max antipyretic and analgesic, antitussive and restores nasal patency. You do not need to do so because you do not show these symptoms.
