Can weakness be a side effect of azithromycin?

I have been taking azycin for 5 days on boleriosis if I can be weakened from this antibiotic

Weakness is a side effect that occurs in less than 1 in 100 patients taking azithromycin contained in Azycin. Thus, it cannot be excluded that the weakness you feel is due to the use of the drug. Worse well-being can also be the result of boleriosis. If the weakness is due to the use of an antibiotic, it should disappear after the end of the course.
