Yes, Rosutrox can cause musculoskeletal disorders including muscle pain, myopathy (muscle damage) and rhabdomyolysis (muscle breakdown). If the patient develops disseminated muscle pain, muscle contraction or weakness and creatinine is exceeded above 5 times the upper limit of normal, treatment should be discontinued.
