There is no information that a similar side effect (as you describe) of Izotziaja gel has been reported by patients. Mainly skin reactions are observed: redness, itching of the skin or burning. If you have already used the gel for some time, you can stop the drug for a few days and check if the symptoms have disappeared. Perhaps the pinching is caused by an incorrect application. Before application, the skin should be washed and dried. Avoid the area around the mouth, eyes and nose (mucous membranes). Finally, you need to wash your hands thoroughly. However, if you are concerned about your health, it is worth consulting a doctor and informing him about your concerns.
