All the listed drugs are preparations available with a doctor's prescription. If your doctor(s) have been informed of all the medicines you are taking and have allowed you to take them, you should follow the instructions given by your specialist. When using Simpramol simultaneously with Amlodipine and Coronal, pressure drops may occur. A side effect of Simpramol is a decrease in pressure, so when using it with antihypertensive drugs, care should be taken.
